How far in advance should we book your services?
To guarantee availability, its best to book at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons. If you have a last-minut event, reach out anyway—if we can make it work, we will!
How does your catering service work?
We bring everything needed to create fresh, delicious bubble tea at your event, from the equipment to the ingredients. Our setup can be run by our staff, or, if you'd like a self-serve option, we can provide a DIY station.
How many drinks can you serve?
We can cater events big and small! For intimate gatherings, we typically serve a minimum of 30 drinks. For larger events, our capacity is flexible depending on your guest count. Reach out with your numbers and we'll tailor a package that fits.
What are your venue requirements?
We generally need one table enough space to set up our equipment. For outdoor events, we may require shelter or shade to protect the setup. If you're unsure, just ask, and we'll confirm the details based on your venue.
What flavours and toppings can I choose from?
Our Menu is designed for flexibility. We offer classic milk teas, refreshing fruit teas, and unique signature drinks. Visit our menu or send us an email to discuss and special flavour requests you might have.
How much does your service cost?
Pricing depends on factors like guest numbers, the range of flavours and customizations. Since every event is different, we provide a personalise quote once we understand your specific needs. You can also contact us for package deals for bigger events.
Do you cater to events outside your local area?
Yes, we're willing to travel for events! Additional fees may apply based on the distance, so let us know your event location, and we'll work out the logistics.
